mithR's time in the red and black has come to an end

mithR exits Complexity following end of stand-in period

The Dane is the latest interim coach to move through Complexity this year.

Following Complexity's exit from IEM Cologne 2025 today at the hands of TYLOO, Torbjørn "mithR" Nyborg announced his departure from Complexity, seeing the Danish coach leave as expected after two events as the team's interim coach for the first events after the summer player break.

mithR's tenure as Complexity's skipper was overall mixed, with the Dane standing behind the team as they locked in a top-eight finish at FISSURE Playground #1 before falling today at IEM Cologne 2025 in Stage One following losses to TYLOO and GamerLegion.

As such, he leaves little legacy behind besides being the latest coach to move through the revolving doors at Complexity since the departure of Tiaan "T.c" Coertzen in early March. Since then, Complexity have used general manager Graham "messioso" Pitt, Eric "adreN" Hoag, and of course mithR in the role while looking for a permanent addition to the team.

Complexity's next outing is the BLAST Bounty Fall 2025: Closed Qualifier in early August, with it remaining to be seen if they will have a permanent coach by then.
