Complexity fall to SAW in Belgrade

COL were unable to hire on all cylinders in this series.

Complexity have exited FISSURE Playground #1 following a 2-1 loss to Portuguese squad SAW. The loss to the Portuguese team comes amidst the squad's debut of Adones "krazy" Nobre and António "aragornN" Barbosa following their decision to transition back to a fully Portuguese squad in the off-season.

The loss to SAW will sting for COL as it came on a knife's edge after three close maps.

Complexity's map pick, Anubis, went the way of SAW 13-8 as the team struggled to match the strong production of Michael "Grim" Wince, who posted 16 kills and a 94.3 ADR. The NA team bounced back on Inferno after an even 6-6 CT-side, with Nick "nicx" Lee leading the charge with a 1.26 rating as COL claimed Inferno 13-9.

With the series tied up, Nuke ended up being a double OT slog that saw André "Ag1l" Gil and João "story" Vieira as the deciding factors for SAW to win it 19-16.
