Complexity and Wildcard claim invites to $1,000,000 FISSURE Playground #1 LAN

Serbian tournament organizer FISSURE have announced the invites to FISSURE Playground #1, a $1,000,000 LAN event set to run from July 15th to July 20th. The event in Belgrade, Serbia will be the first event of the fall season on the Counter-Strike 2 calendar and marks an early return to action from the summer player break. Perhaps as a result, a majority of top teams opted to skip the event which has allowed Complexity and Wildcard to claim invites as the two teams look to climb the VRS rankings after mixed finishes at the BLAST.tv Austin Major this month.

Alongside Complexity and Wildcard the event features a number of other novel additions including Major semifinalists paiN alongside three Chinese teams in the form of Rare Atom, TYLOO, and Lynn Vision. Additionally, the event will mark HEROIC's debut with their new yet-to-be revealed roster after losing Alvaro "SunPayus" Garcia to G2 and benching Yasin "xfl0ud" Koç.
