snow: "This is my dream to put Brazil on top and I will work so much to do this"

There is a world in which three Brazilian teams lock in playoffs in the BLAST.tv Austin Major, an insane prospect for a scene that hasn't won an S-tier trophy in many years. paiN aim to play a part in this making history as they have stayed in the fight for playoffs with a win over 3DMAX today.

Following this win, Dust2.us' Jeffrey "Mnmzzz" Moore spoke to paiN youngster João "snow" Vinicius about the win over 3DMAX, his form, and his dream of helping put Brazil back on top.

Fantastic win over 3DMAX to stay alive in the Major, how are you feeling coming out of the match?

We are feeling very happy and now we are fully confident because in day one we lost two matches and it was a tough day for us. Now we are happy and confident with this win, 3DMAX are a very good team and it means so much for us.

Are you happy with the way the team has been playing at the Major?

We are playing really good right now after a lot of practice in Brazil and we can play the tournament and we deserve these wins with how well we're playing right now.

And what about your own form? Do you feel you're playing at a higher level than at other events paiN have attended this year?

I think I can do better because right now because in some game I play at the top level and some games are a lower level and not a really good game. I think I can do better in the next games.

This has been a great Major for Brazil with FURIA locking in playoffs while paiN and Legacy are still fighting for spots. What would it mean for you and your team to be part of this Brazilian wave?

It means a lot because to be in the playoffs at the Major is difficult and it's hard to get there. I'm happy that Brazil is in this moment. All of the people from Brazil love Counter-Strike and Brazil deserves to be on the top in Counter-Strike.

This is my dream to put Brazil on top. I will work so much to do this and I hope we can take a spot in the playoffs.

Ahead of paiN's Round Five match tomorrow what is the team planning on focusing on to continue improving?

We will review this match and talk about the errors we made against 3DMAX and we'll do better tomorrow I hope so.
