BLAST.tv Austin Major Stage One NA Live Blog Day Four

The BLAST.tv Austin Major is underway, and Dust2.us is on site to cover every single match, moment, and memory from NA's first Major in seven years. This blog will serve as your home for our coverage of the Austin Major and everyone that comes with the first Major of 2025!

03:53PM - Legacy eliminate Wildcard from the Major.

03:38PM - Wildcard on the brink of elimination as first half finishes 1-11.

Things have gone from bad to worse as Legacy completely outplayed Wildcard on Nuke with some very confident plays on the CT side.

03:00PM - Legacy win Inferno 13-10.

Even though Wildcard got some consecutive rounds at the end, Legacy had way too much map points. Wildcard now need to win both Nuke and Ancient to qualify for Stage Two.

02:33PM - Legacy win the first half of Inferno.

The Brazilians are 7-5 up after a solid T-side half in their map pick.

02:00PM - Wildcard and Legacy will start soon!

The Brazilians picked Inferno, Wildcard picked Nuke, and Ancient is the decider.

01:38PM - Bad start for NA in the final day of Stage 1

Lynn Vision won Inferno and eliminated NRG from the tournament.

01:24PM - Things are looking dire for NRG.

Lynn Vision win the first gun round of the second half and go 10-5 up.

01:16PM - NRG finally stopped Lynn Vision's streak and claim their fifth point in Inferno.

They'll start their T-side down by 5-7.

12:50PM - HexT kicks off things in Inferno with a Dualies 4K and immediately shit talk Lynn Vision.

12:36PM - Lynn Vision run away with Dust2.

After a lot of back-and-forth, Lynn Vision won their map pick. NRG will need to win the remaining two maps to advance to Stage Two.

12:23PM - Lynn Vision force OT#3 on Dust2!

They won all their rounds on CT side.

12:16PM - NRG continue hot streak on the CT side and are 18-15 ahead!

Can they finally close out? They just need one more round again.

12:00PM - Starry crushes four NRG players on A Long with a perfect AK-47 spraydown

11:56AM - NRG throw post-plant and Lynn Vision force OT in Dust2!

The first match of the day is between NRG and Lynn Vision, and the NA team couldn't close it out in regulation, having lost a what looked like a very favorable 3v2 post-plant situation on the B site. To OT we go!
