PGL release Bucharest 2026 event details
PGL Bucharest is set to return after kicking off PGL's venture into CS2 tournaments in 2025. 16 teams will battle in PGL's studios in Bucharest from April 3rd to the 13th.
The top twelve teams in the Global Valve Regional standings will be invited, with one team coming from each of the NA, SA, EU, and Asia qualifiers.
In North America, two open qualifiers will be held, with the top two from each tournament moving on to the closed qualifier. Those four teams will join the top four VRS ranked teams that have been invited to the closed qualifier. One North American team will qualify to the main event from there.
The winner of PGL Bucharest 2026 will take home $400,000 of the $1.25 million prize pool, split in half between prize money and club reward.
