Overall, 46 new players will make their debut at Valve's first 32-team Major.

With the various BLAST.tv Austin Major Regional Qualifiers (MRQs) around the world done and dusted, there is only 45 days until the Major returns to North America for the first time in seven years. At the Austin Major, Valve will debut their new 32-team Major format, which will 40 players player have the chance to compete on Counter-Strike 2's biggest stage.

As Majors moving forward now feature a staggering 160 it is worth taking a pause to recognize the new faces to the Major, with Dust2.us compiling a handy list of all the players around the world who have earned their spot in Counter-Strike 2's third Major.

Stage 3

Perhaps unsurprisingly, Stage 3 of the BLAST.tv Austin Major is almost entirely composed of Major veterans, with this stage of the event representing the upper crust of the Counter-Strike world. With that Aurora's Samet "jottAAA" Köklü is the only newcomer to Majors, having only played one RMR in his career before receiving a direct invite alongside his Turkish comrades. Standing alone in Stage 3 is:

Stage 2

Stage is where things start to get interesting as there are a handful of Major hopefuls who have earned spots in Austin based on their performances throughout the year. Interestingly, only teams from the Americas are set to bring new players to the Major in Stage 2, with paiN, FURIA, MIBR, and M80 all boasting Major rookies. Stage 2 features the following rookies:

Stage 1

Finally, Stage 1 sees the levee completely burst as a massive number of players from all regions have made their way into the BLAST.tv Austin Major. Of all regions, Europe has the most new players as can be expected due to having the most spots in Stage 1 and a vibrant semi-pro scene.
