ELEAGUE Major Boston third round matchups drawn
The second day of the New Challengers stage has come to a close, following G2's sound defeat of Misfits. With another eight matches set to be played tomorrow, ELEAGUE drew the new matchups immediately after the conclusion of the last match.
In the 2-0 pool, the unlikely Russians of Vega Squadron will square off against the French titans of G2, whereas Cloud9 will face mousesports. The winners of these matches will secure safe passage to the next stage of the Major.
In the 1-1 batch, Liquid and Renegades will face off against each other, in a matchup of two teams who will be highly familiar with each other. In the exact opposite scenario will be Misfits, who will be taking on Space Soldiers.
