tweiss leaves Rugratz (again) as leaf comes of age

A classic tale of +tweiss -tweiss +tweiss -tweiss +tweiss -tweiss.

Less than two weeks after rejoining Rugratz, Tyler "tweiss" Weiss has parted ways with the team once again and has been replaced by Nathan "leaf" Orf.

The news comes immediately after tweiss announced that he would unable to attend MDL Season 32 Global Challenge due to work commitments. As a result, for the Global Challenge the team will be enlisting the services of coach and veteran player Corey "flashstep" Parks.

Looking forward, Rugratz have decided to bring on leaf as tweiss' permanent replacement due to tweiss starting college next year and having less time to commit to the game, Dust2.us was told.

leaf is no stranger to the Rugratz lineup as he was a key member of the roster when they played under the Zone banner and won Season 30 of Advanced, qualifying to MDL. However, leaf was unable to play for the team at the time due to being under the age limit of the league. With the player set to turn sixteen two weeks from now, he has linked back up with his old roster.

As for leaf's current team, Dust2.us has been told that he intends to play out Advanced playoffs with Gorilla Gang.

As a result, Rugratz's new lineup is as follows:

  • United States Joshua "Hunter" Madore
  • United States Alex "zander" Diaz
  • Canada Erik "penny" Penny
  • United States Daniel "roca" Gustaferri
  • United States Nathan "leaf" Orf
  • United States Corey "flashstep" Parks (Coach)

Rugratz will debut leaf in WINNERS League Season 3 Invite on November 20th where are set to take on Triumph in their fourth match of the season.
