FURIA clinch comeback against Spirit
Starting on the CT-side, Spirit were able to put up an amazing opening. Despite losing the second round after claiming the pistol, the Russian side put up nine consecutive to go up to an 10:1 lead. FURIA finally were able to find their feet towards the end of the half, winning three of the four remaining rounds to go up to a 4:11 scoreline.
Switching side, FURIA were also able to secure the CT-pistol as Spirit did, but unlike their opponents, the Brazilian side also secured the following round. After a further two rounds for FURIA, A Spirit resurgence in the 19th round put up a temporary roadblock on the comeback for two rounds, however FURIA were able to continue and balance the scoreline to 13:13. Unable to put up any further rounds, Spirit were eliminated from Mirage with a 13:16 scoreline.
