FaNg is certainly one happy camper

FaNg: "At the end of the day, beating NAVI is beating NAVI"

Complexity are certainly feeling elated after an upset of the ages in their opening matchup against Natus Vincere.

Immediately following Complexity's incredible performance against a Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev-less NAVI, Justin "FaNg" Coakley chatted with James Banks for a live interview to speak a bit about the game. FaNg was a strong performer for Complexity against NAVI as he top-fragged with 22 kills and posted a 1.30 HLTV Rating.

It's been a long time since you guys beat a team over here, how does this one feel?

It feels crazy, I mean, I'm honestly at a loss for words right now. Obviously, NAVI don't have s1mple, but at the end of the day beating NAVI is beating NAVI. For us, it's been a tough first half of the year. Coming into this game it's been super nice to actually get a win, show some cohesion, and show that we are here to play.

What was the turning point, because you were down 6-2 and you end up winning the half 8-7. You guys are looking really good, but it felt to me that you guys were playing super confident. You had crispy aim, they looked like they didn't stand a chance.

I made a mid-round adjustment working more toward the A site because NAVI were playing heavy towards B and they were blocking more of our set protocols and stuff on that part of the map. I think that shook them up a bit and JT made some great mid-round adjustments and changing the tempo towards the later half ending toward B, so it was just super well done by everybody.

Complexity are now facing off against Liquid in an all-NA derby to decide who goes to the Group Final.
