Liga ACE Masters groups announced

The North American qualification path to the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown has officially been laid out, with eight teams now set to play for their spot against the best that the Americas have to offer in late April.

Valkyrie and Counter Nature find themselves in contention following success in the open qualifier over Just Enough Salt and Davenport Panthers, respectively. Valkyrie, who qualified under the Stealth banner but have recently been referring to themselves as ex-Stealth, are assumed to have been signed by their new home as of March 28th. The team were also still exploring options for their new fifth player as of March 25th.

The remaining six teams received direct invitations to the qualifier event, which has just one spot available for the winning team. From there, they will have a chance to compete against sides MIBR, Complexity, FURIA, GODSENT, Liquid, and Evil Geniuses for a spot in the BLAST Spring Finals. The North American team will also be joined by their qualified counterparts from South America, the FIReLEAGUE Latin Power champions, Sharks.
