09:10PM oNe defeat GODSENT to take final RMR slot (in this qualifier!)

The last best of 3 match has concluded with the Brazilian derby coming up the way of oNe. GODSENT started strong on oNe's pick of Mirage, picking up 10 rounds on their CT-side. After losing the pistol round and the subsequent two, oNe were on the back foot. Nonetheless, oNe spurred an incredible comeback, winning 11 out of the last 12 rounds to win the map in the thirtieth round. Epitacio "TACO" de Melo's team wasn't fazed by their choke, however. They started and finished strong on Ancient, swiftly taking the map 16-6 and the series to a third map. Particularly noteworthy on Ancient was Eduardo "dumau" Wolkmer's performance, stacking up a staggering 1.55 rating in the short 22 round affair. The final map took the Brazilians to Nuke where oNe dominantly took down their countrymen, finishing with a strong 16-9 scoreline. While oNe have secured their spot in Romania, GODSENT still have a chance to make it through via the next open qualifier taking place the next two days. We'll be following those games as well so follow our live blog and our live stream! For now, we move onto the remaining best of ones of the day.

08:20PM Complexity take down Bad News Bears to secure grand final appearance

Both teams have already found themselves a spot at the RMR in Romania, but these semi-final and grand final matches are played to figure out which team takes the title of top dog at the LAN event. The Bears, unfortunately, started off on the wrong foot only taking three rounds in the first half in their best of one match on Ancient. Jason Lake's squad took that great start and rode it off into the sunset picking off the remaining 4 rounds they needed clinically after losing the pistol round. It's not all bad news though. As mentioned, the Bears already have a place in Romania. Now they head off into the third-place decider while Complexity move their way to the grand final.

07:50PM Liquid claim third Americas RMR spot!

In an clean sweep game for the domestic kings Liquid, the recently assembled super team with European import Richard "shox" Papillon, have beaten Strife 2-0 on Mirage and Overpass. Both maps were a 16-5 scoreline with NAF top-fragging on both showings. On the opposite side, Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk put up the strongest performance.
