The roca return campaign continues under another banner

roca set to make a MASSIVEimpact and such

After yay lasted only one match, witmer and co. have added the one-time reddit darling.

After the equally sudden arrival and departure of benched compLexity member Jaccob "yay" Whiteaker, MDL team MASSIVEimpact have announced the addition of Fragging for Andy player Daniel "roca" Gustaferri.

Prior to returning to action this season, roca had been inactive since his departure from Dignitas in May of last year. The move sees him make a nominal climb in the MDL standings, going from a 2-6 team to one with a 4-5 record.

Dust2.us knows that Thomas "tconnors" Connors, who just announced his own return to competitive play, was also considered for the position on the team. Additionally, Shawn "witmer" Taylor will be picking up the in-game leading duties, falling to him from the departed Dylan "RIKO" Sabin-Arnce and yay.

MASSIVEimpact's roster is now:

  • United States Sebastian "seb" Bucki
  • United States Shawn "witmer" Taylor
  • United States Collin "wrath" McSweegan
  • Canada Marian "tyfoon" Lesnic
  • United States Daniel "roca" Gustaferri

As of now, roca's debut with his new team is set to occur this Sunday against Singularity at 8 PM EST.

On the flipside of the transaction, Fragging for Andy are currently left with two members, team namesake Andy "vSa" Xu, and Austin "crashies" Roberts. Their next match is currently set for February 28th against iNTACT.
