Strife add aris

After leaving X13 earlier this month, Paul "aris" Wilson has found a new home at Strife heading into ESL Challenger League Season 40. aris will be filling one of the two gaps in the roster left behind by the departures of Dylan "SATURN" Finch and Brett "brett" Rhein.

aris most recently played with X13 in ESEA Advanced Season 39, helping them place fourth in ESEA Premier Season 39 Relegation to later qualify to the expanded ESL Challenger League Season 40. aris averaged a 1.22 rating over 10 maps in ESEA Premier Season 39 Relegation, beating the likes of Third Impact and voLante.

With the addition of aris, Strife look to bounce back after a disappointing ESEA Premier Season 39, which saw them end with a lackluster 13th-14th place finish. Ahead of the season, they have also added Christian "crisby" Schmitt as a coach who has been a notable part of the German scene with teams like mousesports, ALTERNATE aTTaX, PENTA, Playing Ducks, and more.

Strife have still yet to announce their fifth player ahead of their first match of ESL Challenger League Season 40. Dust2.us knows that Danny "cxzi" Strzelczyk is the leading candidate to join the team after filling in for them at Fragadelphia 16: Chicago.
