Bad News Bears rounds out roster with Pluto

After a period of uncertainty, Pluto has accepted a position with Bad News Bears.

Saad "Pluto" Siraj has joined Bad News Bears, linking up with former Valors teammate Robert "robby" Brown after initially being unsure of whether he wanted to accept a permanent position with the team.

Pluto's addition to the team will see the Pakistani player make his debut in Premier/ESL Challenger League after initially qualifying to the division through Relegation with Valors. Pluto was Valors' highest-rated player during ESEA Advanced Season 39 playoffs, posting a 1.33 rating over ten maps.

Pluto made his debut with Bad News Bears yesterday in the ESEA x Fragadelphia Winter Cash Cup 2, with the team bombing out of the event following a 16-3 loss to Kinship Black. It is worth noting however that the team fielded Nathan "madcow" Retterath in place of Alan "Shakezullah" Hardeman due to the latter player being on vacation.

Bad News Bears are now:

  • United States Gabe "Spongey" Greiner

  • United States Alan "Shakezullah" Hardeman

  • United States Robert "robby" Brown

  • United States Christopher "Swahn" Swahn

  • Saad "Pluto" Siraj

  • United States Nathan "madcow" Retterath (Coach)

Bad News Bears await the start of ESL Challenger League Season 40 on January 18th.
