subtLe and FRENCH CANADIANS book spots at WESG Americas Regional Finals
Despite the creation of two Canadian superstar lineups for WESG (which has a nationality restriction), ultimately neither team was able to participate due to scheduling conflicts.
This left FRENCH CANADIANS and subtLe as the clear favorites to secure the two berths to the WESG Americas Regional Finals, whose location was just recently revealed to be in Santa Ana, California at Esports Arena.
The frontrunners did not disappoint, despite fielding stand-ins in the form of Rise Nation's Jonathan "Jonji" Carey and Kaleb "moose" Jayne. The upset of the event would certainly be ESEA MDL side Mostly Harmless losing to team ECO COBRAS. Mostly Harmless currently sit near the bottom of the MDL standings, and have changed their ESEA team name to "Mostly Relegated" in jest.
