Dignitas faced off against FURIA shortly after the winners' match, with the two teams facing off in a best-of-three to decide which team would remain in the running. Inferno, Mirage, and Train were the grounds for the battle, and FURIA got off to a good start on Inferno with a pistol round victory.

The standard three round lead followed before Gage "Infinite" Green, Ronnie "ryx" Bylicki, and Mitch "m1tch" Semago came to life for Dignitas, shutting down FURIA for the majority of the half as the Brazilians managed only two more rounds on their T side. Dignitas cruised to a 13-5 lead with a second round pistol victory, and were able to close out the map with ease despite FURIA finding three more rounds.

Mirage was a far closer affair overall as a back-and-forth battle saw FURIA claim a narrow 8-7 lead at the half. Dignitas took the second pistol round and began racking up rounds to put themselves in touching distance of victory at 14-8, but a last minute comeback from FURIA allowed the Brazilians to almost tie up the match at 13-14.

Dignitas were able to claim match point first, but overtime quickly ensued as FURIA snatched up the remaining regulation rounds. It was here that Dignitas finally closed out the map in their favor, brining the series to a close 2-0 and seeing FURIA eliminated from the tournament.

The final match of the day saw compLexity taking on Dignitas, who came into the match fresh off their 2-0 victory over FURIA. The MDL team took a substantial lead to kick off Dust2, claiming a 7-0 scoreline before compLexity replied back with one of their own, and despite getting economically reset in the ensuing round, clawed back to finish the first half down 6-9.

Dignitas seemed set to cruise forward to a first map victory as the second pistol round went their way, but Bradley "ANDROID" Fodor stepped up for compLexity to put him team back in the running. They reclaimed the lead 12-10 before Dignitas got back on the board, trading rounds back-and-forth to take the first map to overtime. It was here that compLexity brought the map to a swift close 19-16, leaving no room for Dignitas to snatch the map out of their grasp.

Mirage was far more dominant for compLexity as they shut down Dignitas' T side, all but ensuring victory as the first half concluded with an absolutely dominant 14-1 scoreline. A second round pistol victory sealed the deal for Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz and co., closing out the map 16-1 to take the series 2-0.
