American Liquid players have no plans to participate in WESG
While it has been known for some time that Liquid's Canadian duo of Peter "stanislaw" Jarguz and Russel "Twistzz" Van Dulken intend to participate in the WESG Canada qualifier, the team's American contingent has been silent about their presence in the event's United States qualifier.
When approached for comment by Dust2.us, a member of the team said that there were no plans to participate in the qualifier — which is scheduled to run from November 7 to November 9 — due to a conflict with the team's travel schedule for the $100,000 iBUYPOWER Masters event being held in Orange County, California from November 11 to November 12.
It is not currently known if stanislaw and Twistzz still plan to participate in the Canadian qualifier, which is slated to run from November 9 to November 11. Between the United States and Canada there are five spots to the WESG Americas Regional LAN up for grabs — that event will take place in February, 2018.
