kaboose hops on for a ride with F1-racecar-PEEK
A tweet from Danny "huynh" Huynh has confirmed the addition of Jake "kaboose" McDonald, rounding out the roster for F1-racecar-PEEK following the departure of Samuel "smL" Bertrand earlier this week.
After moving to an inactive role on the BlackOut roster in the middle of MDL Season 27, kaboose was left on the sidelines to find a team to return to play with. With smL no longer having time to play competitively, kaboose was granted the opportunity put himself back on track for the next MDL season.
The team has been trialing kaboose for the past week, playing through DreamHack's Austin qualifier alongside their coach Alan "Shakezullah" Hardeman, who stood in for Daniel "tropiiical" Elshani.
With kaboose topping the charts for the squad, F1 raced past the EPL side of Splyce with a 2-0 victory, only to fall to Rogue in the ensuing series to be eliminated from the qualifier.
With the addition of kaboose, F1-racecar-PEEK's roster is now:
