It's for more detailed coverage of NA. For example, there's been articles dedicated to MDL and NA ESL Pro League playoffs, MDL roster changes, and news about smaller NA-specific events. I'm pretty sure there will be more offered once they do their big update after new years, or whenever that is.

This is supposed to be more NA based, along with a place that highlights the lower tiers of play. What's good about this is that there will be more things that are less mainstream to see, and it gives those who aren't as big more of an opportunity to shine in the light. Posts here are seen by a lot of Redditers (including myself), and I've seen a few posts taken from here get to the front page of r/GlobalOffensive.
