As someone who used to keep up with the cod scene a lot before it declined - I don't think FaZe clans owns Atlanta FaZe, at least not in its entirety. They're owned by the Atlanta VC based group that owns the Atlanta OWL spot so that makes it easier.

Afaik - there's a licensing agreement between the two entities and they have some overlap but there's little to no ownership in the franchise from FaZe Clan.
