PLAYER1 leaves Grizzlys to finish studies
Due to ESEA roster restrictions, Keven "PLAYER1" Champagne came out of retirement to play alongside Mert "REOVA" Bayrak and keep the MDL spot of the FRENCH CANADIANS roster that disbanded after the end of last season. Now that PLAYER1 has played the required eight matches with Grizzlys, he is returning to inactivity.
In MDL, the squad has a respectable 7-5 record, including a victory over Swole Patrol and forfeit loss against Atmosphere. With many games left to play, there is still a chance for them to make the playoffs.
There is no replacement slotted for the team yet, but since the team is out of roster adds for the season, they would need to use either Grizzlys General Manager Thierry "tee" St-Jacques-Gagnon or Garett "Grt" Bambrough who are already on the ESEA roster. Due to tee's lack of (recent) league experience, it is assumed that Grt will fill in.

Their next match is scheduled to be against Most Wanted next Tuesday on the 20th.
When contacted by Dust2.us, PLAYER1 hinted that he may consider returning to the game once he has completed his studies.
