Media: Eternal Fire target br0 and Kvem in latest rebuild
According to reporting from Turkish outlets TRCS Espor and TRCS Topluluk, Turkish organization Eternal Fire are in talks to sign Alexander "br0" Bro and Vladyslav "Kvem" Korol as part of the latest rebuild of their international Counter-Strike 2 roster.
Kvem recently announced his free agency from Passion UA while br0 is currently on NRG's benched after being benched on June 16th following the team's exit from the IEM Cologne 2026 Major.
It has been a tumultuous time at the Turkish organization as their efforts to build a successful international lineup have largely failed, with the team fielding no less than ten players in the past six months while stalling out in the low 50s in the Valve Regional Standings (VRS). This has largely been the norm for Eternal Fire since selling Engin "MAJ3R" Küpeli and co. to Aurora in April 2025.
With the additions of br0 and Kvem, Eternal Fire will look to rebound with a core of players with significant ties to the NA scene. br0 and Kvem, of course, recently played for NRG and passion UA, respectively, while IGL Gareth "MisteM" Ries spent a number of years in North America playing for ATK and Limitless.
Rounding out the reported roster is former Aurora player Samet "jottAAA" Köklü and former FlyQuest AWPer Iulian "regali" Harjău.
Should br0 and Kvem join Eternal Fire, the roster would consist of:
-
Samet "jottAAA" Köklü (Loan) -
Iulian "regali" Harjău -
Gareth "MisteM" Ries -
Alexander "br0" Bro -
Vladyslav "Kvem" Korol -
Yiğit "yT" Özden (Coach)
