EMPIRE pick up Jeebs as new assistant coach

Cole "twigs" Morad has informed Dust2.us that EMPIRE have picked up Chris "Jeebs" DeSantis to serve as the team's assistant coach, with the former Aether coach joining the squad shortly after the addition of Colby "Walco" Walsh on May 14th. Jeeb will work alongside Walco and head coach Jeremy "Nexity" Bardy as EMPIRE aim to build on their momentum and obtaining a VRS rank earlier in the year.

Jeebs is a somewhat niche figure in the NA CS owing to the general lack of attention coaches and especially assistant coaches/analysts receive in the community. However, he joins EMPIRE with a decent resume, having worked for NA teams such as regain, Limitless, and Aether over the years while also serving as an analyst for Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt on Revenant back in 2024 and early 2025.
