ECL S51 Cup 4 Day 3 recap: Reign Above upset F5 and Fisher College eliminate Aether
Day 3 of ESL Challenger League Season 51 saw another four teams eliminated, bringing us down to the only eight remaining. In a welcome change of pace, only one match was forfeited as Chicken Coop got a free win. regain had a solid 2-0 win over Wanted Goons, Aether got beat 2-0 by Fisher College, and Reign Above pulled off the 2-1 upset over last cup's runner-up F5.

The series began on Aether's pick of Anubis, but Fisher got a 9-0 lead before Aether finally got on the board. Fisher led 10-2 going into their T-side, and a pistol win all but sealed it. Fisher took Anubis 13-5.
Fisher picked Ancient and had another dominant 10-2 first half despite losing the pistol. Aether won the second pistol as well and put together a little streak, but Fisher still managed to close it out 13-7.

Reign Above 2-1 F5
Reign Above picked Inferno as map one, but F5 got off to a fast 7-1 start. Reign Above got four rounds to end the half, but still trailed going into their CT-side. After a flawless half, F5 took Inferno.
F5 picked Ancient and controlled the start and end of the first half, with Reign Above down 5-7 again. This time, Reign Above stepped up in the second half and mounted a successful comeback to win the map 13-10.
Anubis was the decider, and Reign Above finally had a strong start to take a commanding 8-4 lead at the half. After going nearly flawless on their CT-side, Reign Above took the map 13-5.
