marekiew steps down from regain due to work commitments

regain has informed Dust2.us that Mark "marekiew" Petrov has stepped down the lineup has stepped down from the starting lineup due to a busy work schedule. marekiew the second player to leave the long-standing orgless squad in recent weeks, with regain previously parting ways with Kyryl "fuzenko" Kotov on February 5th.

marekiew leaves regain after nine months with the team, initially joining the squad all the way back in August 2025 as a replacement for Halen "Halen" Lang. During his time with the regain squad, marekiew maintained a respectable 1.12 rating over 98 maps, with his best performance coming in the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #5 where he posted a 1.32 rating over 13 maps.

Alexander "sasha" Burke told Dust2.us that marekiew stepped down from the roster due to work commitments, with his departure leading the team to forfeit their remaining matches in ESEA Advanced Season 56, missing out on playoff as a result.
