Breaking: CLASIA confirms departure from Wildcard
Anthony "CLASIA" Kearney has confirmed his departure from Wildcard to Dust2.us, seeing the controversial star rifler leave the team a little over two months after joining Wildcard as part of their complete rebuild. CLASIA's departure from Wildcard comes in the immediate aftermath of a heartbreaking 2-3 loss to Voca in the PGL Bucharest NA Closed Qualifier, which saw Wildcard miss out on a spot at their first international LAN with the new roster.

Overall, CLASIA had been more hot than cold during his time with Wildcard, showing off why some many teams have taken the leap on a player that is known to be difficult to work with at times.
Unfortunately, CLASIA did not respond to a request for comment asking why he is now out of Wildcard's roster, while Wildcard's CS2 manager Jeremy "Jeremy9000" Gray offered a brief statement while confirming CLASIA has been released from his contract:
"We appreciated Tony's time with us and wish him the best moving forward as we're committed to building the best team possible."
Wildcard's starting roster is now:
-
Jaxon "Peeping" Cornwell -
Ethan "reck" Serrano -
Miłosz "mhL" Knasiak -
Jadan "HexT" Postma -
James "JamezIRL" Macaulay (Coach)
Wildcard will now look to find a new fifth before they head to Latvia for Urban Riga Open #3 on March 23rd.
