Media: Passion UA target Argentinian AWPer try

According to reporting by Dust2 Brasil and Argentinian journalist Alfonsina Avellaneda, Ukrainian esports organization Passion UA are reportedly in negotiations to acquire Santino "try" Rigal from Imperial, presumably to replace Norwegian AWPer Håkon "hallzerk" Fjærli on the lineup.

The move would see hallzerk ousted from the Complexity/Passion UA core after 3+ years while try would leave Imperial after joining the Brazilian organization in July 2024.

While details are sparse in both reports about a timeline for the move, it would presumably take place ahead of invites being handed out for the IEM Cologne 2026 Major in early April, suggesting it would take place sometime in the near future. Passion UA also have a busy schedule ahead of them as they are set to head to Portugal next week for Roman Imperium Cup V before competing in the online portion of ESL Pro League Season 23.

Currently, Passion UA are ranked 29th in the world in the Valve Regional Standings (VRS) and are thus a safe bet for the Cologne Major. The addition of try would see Passion UA gamble on a young prospect after an extended slump from hallzerk in tier-one competitions since the COL core joined Passion UA in August.
