CCT announces Global Finals 2026 LAN

The Champion of Champions Tour has announced the location of its Global Finals event, which will take place on LAN after the previous two editions were held online.

CCT Global Finals 2026 will be hosted in Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal, from April 23rd to April 26th, 2026.

CCT Global Finals will be a tier-2 VRS event, with six teams being directly invited from the Global VRS filter starting at rank 13. The final two wildcard slots will be given to the winners of Parken Challenger Championships #1 & #2.

The March VRS standings will be used to allocate invites, while the April VRS rankings will be used for seeding in the tournament.

The tournament will be a double-elimination event with all matches best-of-three, except the grand final, which will be best-of-five.

The total prize pool for the event is $75,000, which is just half of the 2025 Global Finals and much smaller than the $500,000 on offer in the 2024 edition of the tournament.
