Wildcard sign up for three European LANs this spring

The recently-formed Wildcard roster is seemingly set to spend a significant amount of time in Europe this spring as the team have claimed spot in three upcoming European LAN events: Level Up LUND! 2026, Urban Riga Open #3, and Urban Riga Open #4. They join a number of NA squads, including Marsborne, Voca, and Passion UA in taking advantage of the flurry of open sign-up events abroad, which serve as an excellent source of practice and potential VRS points.

Starting with Level Up LUND! 2026, Wildcard will travel to Lund, Sweden and compete in the up to 100,000 SEK (~$11,374) event from Match 19th to March 22nd. Including Wildcard, the event currently has six confirmed teams, with Swedish notable Johnny Speeds and Alliance in action. More teams are expected in the coming weeks as the VRS situation becomes more clear for teams.

After Level Up LUND!, Wildcard are expected to immediately fly to Riga, Latvia to compete in the Urban Open Riga #3. This Latvian event will feature an up to $10,000 prizepool and currently has three larger teams locked in: BIG, Wildcard, and 9INE. It is currently set to run from March 23rd to 24th and like Lund more teams are expected to sign up in short order.

Finally, on April 3rd to April 5th, Wildcard will be back in Riga for Urban Open Riga #4, a larger $20,000 event held at the same venue. Currently this event counts Wildcard and BIG among its ranks.
