Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #5 Day 7 recap: BOSS advance to playoffs, Lotus get knocked out
The seventh day of Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #5 powered by INUI saw BOSS defeat Take Flyte to secure a spot in the playoffs and Straight2Killin win an elimination game vs. Lotus.

BOSS 2-0 Take Flyte
BOSS and Take Flyte put on a hell of a display last night as both maps went all the way to the 24th round. The individuals on BOSS made the difference, and they've qualified for the Dust2.us Eagle Masters Series #5 playoffs.
Take Flyte, on the other hand, will have two other chances to qualify for the playoffs, as they find themselves in the 2-1 pool after the loss to BOSS.

Straight2Killin 2-0 Lotus
Lotus are out of the tournament after losing to Straight2Killin in a 0-2 pool match yesterday. They put up a good fight on Mirage, the second map of the series, but Straight2Killin deserved to come out with the W and survive in the tournament.

Phoenix 2-0 Wanted Goons
Phoenix and Wanted Goons met in the 1-1 pool, and the former came out victorious. They nearly lost Nuke, but forced overtime and prevailed on it. After that, the teams headed to Overpass, and Wanted Goons never got the ball rolling, allowing Phoenix to close the series with a one-sided 13-3 victory.
This win sees Phoenix move up to the 2-1 pool, while Wanted Goons will have to win back-to-back matches to make the playoffs.
