rain on his FaZe exit: "I was pissed in the start"

rain is starting a new journey after after nearly a decade with FaZe

Graham "messioso" Pitt and Sean "seang@res" sat down with their first signing in 100 Thieves' newest venture into CS, Håvard "rain" Nygaard, to discuss rain's history in the game and the org's goals in the coming months and years.

seang@res and messioso were announced as 100T's Head of FPS and Head of Counter-Strike Operations, respectively, the day before the organization signed the Norwegian player.

The conversation got started with diving into rain's career, as the veteran said that his most significant achievements as a player are the Major and the Grand Slam that he won with FaZe.

seang@res then probed into rain's removal from FaZe, with the organization's longest-standing player saying this:

I was pissed in the start. I knew I would lose out on the Major. That was the first thing that went through my mind, then it was just about figuring out what's next.

seang@res commented that the process of picking up rain was very smooth. The Norwegian is going to in-game lead and made his desires clear when speaking with the 100 Thieves team.

The trio spoke about their expectations for team-building, noting that it will take time to build a solid foundation for their new roster.

The 100 Thieves roster is yet to be set, with the team looking to pick up momentum in the new year.
