Reign Above top Generation NSTLGA Lacey Cup 2

Last weekend, Reign Above topped the Generation NSTLGA Lacey Cup 2, coming out on top of the six-team $5,000 LAN Unranked LAN tournament. The event was held at Contender Esports in Lacey, Washington, with Generation NSTLGA being the primary tournament operator holding events on the west coast.

Reign Above's road to playoffs in the small tournament saw them start in Group A alongside Fuffy's Waifus and IN FOR BLOOD, with Reign Above making it out of groups with 2-0 wins over both teams. In playoffs, Reign Above started day two of the event with a 2-0 win over Mason "Macepts" Simko's Sweat Squad to meet #DMFORSLUGY in the Bo5 finals.

There, the series started with Reign Above taking Dust2 16-12 before #DMFORSLUGY answered back with a 13-10 win on Ancient. Moving onto Mirage it was another close map as Reign Above needed 22 rounds to win it 13-9. Moving into the final map of the series, Nuke, Reign Above finally had a dominant map as they claimed the map 13-5 to win the grand finals 3-1.
