PGL announces 2027 and 2028 calendar

PGL is more committed to CS than ever.

PGL has confirmed it will host at least fifteen tier-one Counter-Strike tournaments between 2027 and 2028.

The Romanian tournament organizer revealed it will run two additional tier-one events in 2027, plus organize the English broadcast for the CS Asia Championships (CAC) 2027.

As for 2028, PGL stated it will organize eight tier-one events that year.

These events reinforce PGL’s commitment to delivering top-tier esports experiences and add even more excitement to the 2027 competitive calendar. The tournaments will continue PGL’s tradition of hosting high-quality international events and will provide new opportunities for players and fans alike to come together and celebrate the passion and energy of Counter-Strike.

This is how PGL's event schedule for 2027 and 2028 looks like:

2027

  • PGL #1 – January 15th–25th

  • PGL #2 – February 11st–22nd

  • PGL #3 – March 17th–29th

  • PGL #4 – April 14th–26th

  • CAC 2027 (English broadcast) – August 17th–29th

  • PGL #5 – September 1st–13rd

  • PGL #6 – October 6th–18th

2028

  • PGL #1 – January 14th-24th

  • PGL #2 – February 9th-21th

  • PGL #3 – March 22nd-April 3rd

  • PGL #4 – April 19th-May 1st

  • PGL #5 – August 16th-28th

  • PGL #6 – August 31st-September 11th

  • PGL #7 – October 4th-16th

  • PGL #8 – November 1st-13th
