Orgs are joining forces to keep women's CS alive.

Following ESL's announcement of the suspension of the Impact circuit after the conclusion of Season 8, numerous top teams and players from the scene have commented on the news.

We have elected to highlight some of the most poignant reactions below.

FlyQuest RED, the biggest organization investing in Impact North America, was one of the first to comment. The org is well aware that ESL's decision to shut down Impact may as well kill the women's scene, and wants to join forces with the rest of the community to come up with an alternative.

MIBR said that it will work together with FlyQuest RED and Imperial Valkyries and do everything possible to keep the women's scene alive. The Brazilian organization asked fans to watch, cheer, and engage with the scene.

FURIA, the winner of ESL Impact Season 7 Finals, released a statement through its co-CEO Jaime Pádua. He hopes that other tournament operators and brands fulfill the void left open by ESL

Lucy "empathy" Verkaik, the captain of Shimmer — the reigning champion of ESL Impact NA — hopes that Valve will do something to help the women's scene.

Katarína Vašková, one of the Imperial Valkyries players, said that ESL can't be the only one pushing for the women's scene, and that Valve should make a safe space for women to compete.
