Wildcard draw MOUZ NXT in opening round of Birch Cup

Wildcard will face MOUZ NXT in the first round of Birch Cup 2025, a $15,000 Polish LAN that will take place from September 26th to 28th.

MOUZ NXT are the 167th team in the world in HLTV rankings, while Wildcard sit in 45th.

The competition kicks off with Wildcard, MOUZ NXT, and 14 other teams fighting for a spot in Stage Two, which features teams like Liquid and fnatic.

These two Stages use a double-elimination format, which will see teams playing best-of-ones in the upper bracket and best-of-threes in the lower bracket.

While Liquid already sealed their spot at the Major, Wildcard still have to do well at Birch Cup and Fragadelphia Blocktober to retain their spot. They're currently in 9th in the Americas VRS.
