Breaking: Chicken Coop dismiss roster following player's alleged "physical altercation" with community member

NA esports organization Chicken Coop have announced the dismissal of their current lineup with immediate effect following an incident while the team was in Knoxville, Tennessee for Fragadelphia Fragville. While Chicken Coop did not provide details on the nature of the incident, the organization said the team was dropped over the actions of one player that "do not align with our organization's values and standards."

Following Chicken Coop's X post, a community member named sav made her own quote post on X in reply to Chicken Coop alleging that she was involved in a "physical altercation w/ 1 of the players on Saturday night. "sav alleges that following this physical altercation with a Chicken Coop member, multiple members of the team allegedly attempted to pressure her to not speak out on the incident.

sav said in her post that she plans on releasing a full recounting of the incident in the immediate future which is yet to be released at the time of publication. Dust2.us also reached out to sav and did not hear back from her ahead of publication.

Dust2.us is currently investigating the alleged incident and has reached out to the former lineup and to attendees of Fragadelphia Fragville to learn more about the alleged incident.

Chicken Coop provided the following statement to Dust2.us ahead of publication:

Our statement regarding the dismissal of our roster stands. We do not comment on speculation or unverified reports, and we believe it’s important to respect the privacy of individuals involved. While it’s unfortunate that one individual’s actions affected the whole, we felt it was best to part ways with the roster entirely. Chicken Coop Esports remains focused on upholding our values and making a positive impact as we look ahead to 2026.
