CCT Season 3 North American Series #2 pushed back two weeks due to Fragadelphia

The Champion of Champions Tour organizers announced today announced that CCT Season 3 NA Series #2 has been pushed back two weeks to "accommodate recently announced offline NA events."

The second online series will now run from October 13th to the 21st, rather than September 30th until October 8th. While the organizers don't explicitly name the event it's clashing with, a quick peek at the upcoming schedule shows that Fragadelphia Blocktober is taking place in that first week of October.

As an offline event featuring a strong showing of international teams, it makes sense that teams would prioritize Frag Blocktober higher than CCT for the purposes of VRS. By moving back two weeks, players planning to compete in both events should be able to do so.

As noted by CCT, the remainder of the event details remain the same. 10 teams will be invited to CCT Season 3 NA Series #2 using the North American VRS rankings, with the top four getting direct invites to playoffs. The remaining six will compete against two wildcard invite teams in the group stage. NRG claimed Series #1 of this third season back in August, without dropping a single map against BOSS, BLUEJAYS, or Wildcard.
