Crossfire Season Two groups announced as event reaches 32 teams
Crossfire has returned for another season, with a $2500 prize pool and exclusively BO3 matches. With the event reaching 32 signups in recent weeks, the teams have been separated into eight round-robin groups with four teams per group. The first round of matches is scheduled to start on August 29th, and the event runs until October 18th.
Two teams will advance out of each group into a 16-team single-elimination playoffs with the winning team taking home $1,500 from the $2,500 prizepool.
The event features teams ranging from the ESEA Intermediate and Main levels all the way up to VRS ranked teams that compete in the ESL Challenger League. Notable teams include Aether, ASPYRE, Akimbo, Legacy Kingdom, and Wanted Goons.
