ESEA Elite Season 54 NA open qualifier begins Tuesday

The open qualifier for the first ESEA Elite Season 54 NA tournament, after being rescheduled to avoid conflicts with Fragadelphia, will officially begin on Tuesday, July 22nd.

ESEA Elite, part of the revamped qualification system for ESL Challenger League and ESL Pro League beginning next season, effectively serves as a closed qualifier for ECL events.

ESEA Elite Season 54 represents the pathway for NA teams to qualify for ECL starting with ECL Season 51. Season 50 begins next month, with ESL announcing the invites to the first ECL S50 NA Cup today, based entirely on the North American VRS rankings.

As of writing, there are 55 teams signed up for the ESEA Elite S54 NA Tournament 1 Open Qualifier. The top 16 that advance through this single-elimination bracket will qualify for ESEA Elite S54 NA Tournament 1.
