BLAST Bounty Season 2 to take place in Malta with crowd

BLAST recently revealed the details for its second edition of BLAST Bounty. The event will begin with an online phase in the first week and transition to LAN in the second.

The event will run from August 5th to August 17th and invites will be sent out on July 14th, using the VRS standings from July 7th. Twenty-eight teams will be invited via the VRS system, and four wildcard invites will be sent out at that time. The top eight from the online stage will qualify for the LAN phase.

BLAST announced this event and its new Malta studios as a part of a new collaboration with GamingMalta, an independent non-profit foundation established by the Government of Malta. BLAST has committed to helping GamingMalta support the local gaming scene for years to come. As such, tickets for the second season of Rivals will be free to celebrate the new partnership.
