Dust2.us checks out Team Liquid's BLAST.tv Austin Major Watch Party!
Team Liquid may be out of the Major, but that hasn't stopped the organization from putting on a great watch party to celebrate NA's first Major in seven years! The event, which started yesterday, is being held at the Punch Bowl Social bar and arcade on 522 Congress Ave in Austin Texas and features free food, drinks, LAN games, and swag as well as an opportunity to hang out with other NA fans in the region.
Naturally, as North America's premier esports publication Dust2.us had to check it out to show off what is going on a short walk away from the heart of downtown.

The first thing you'll see when heading into the watch party is a mini-LAN setup featuring ten PCs, with a game getting underway when we arrived on site.

We also spotted trophies from Liquid's past on prominent display, seemingly shipped out from Liquid's headquarters in Utrecht for the event. On display were the IEM Cologne 2019 trophy, the IEM Chicago 2019 trophy, and one of the gold bars from the team's famous Intel Grand Slam Season 2 run:

Moving through the venue we got into the viewing area which has the game on a projector and various TVs with ample seating throughout. This is where the food and drinks were also made available, with a good number of people enjoying the ample catering.

Finally, there was plenty of Blue and Team Liquid stickers on tables for fans to take home.

If you want to check it out, the Watch Party will be continuing until 07:00PM tonight.
