Complexity stop paiN train

NA 1-0 BR.

The only North American team in the PGL Copenhagen Major, Complexity, were given the difficult task of facing the red-hot paiN in the opening round of the Elimination Stage. Complexity showed to be in great form and it was a great contest between the two Americas teams.

In the end, Complexity were the ones to stop the Brazilians from winning another upset to start the second stage of the major.

The match was played on Vertigo, a successful map for paiN previously during this major. Complexity started on the CT-side with a 5-0 lead to open the map with Jonathan "EliGE" Jablonowski having some choice words for his opposition. paiN were able to to decrease the deficit to just a 6-5 score before Complexity would claim the half with a 7-5 win.

The second half began just like the first one, with the North Americans winning the pistol round and two more. paiN were able to get closer with four straight round wins to make it a 10-9 contest, but Complexity showed some life with a force buy to get closer to the win. Complexity closed it in the very next two rounds, winning the match 13-9.

Complexity start the Elimination Stage with a 1-0 record, while paiN have been relegated to the 0-1 bracket.

If floppy can step it up in later games, and everyone stays in form, then complexity have a good chance of making a deep run. C'mon Ricky the Flop don't STOP!
