Third Impact lose agM; Kinship add two; Kinship Black and Lux commence rebuilds

The Advanced off-season is in full swing.

Third Impact's Thomas "tconnors" Connors has announced that Michael "agM" Abood will be stepping down from the team. In the player's own words, he was "just not having fun anymore."

The change follows the team's disappointing end to ESEA Advanced Season 33, as well as the departure of in-game leader Jarod "Douglas" Onorato.

Third Impact are now:

  • United States Keanu "DaneJoris" Reyes
  • United States Thomas "tconnors" Connors
  • United States Josiah "JoJo" Jimenez
  • United States William "Switchy" Locher (Coach)

Speaking of disappointing endings, Max "SolGoat" Wallace's Kinship saw themselves finish their Advanced season with a 7-9 record and out of playoff contention. The team have now parted ways with Aidan "Aidan" Higgason and James "JPARK" Brooks, replacing the duo with Dalton "doltn" Ehlers and Drew "drewtheshrew" Lamb.

This marks a step up for both of the new players, as doltn has never played above Main, and drewtheshrew has a scant four matches of Advanced experience.

Additionally, previously inactive member Brandon "Bo_oM" Moeller is no longer with the team.

Kinship are now:

  • United States Max "SolGoat" Wallace
  • United States Kyle "1Kyle" Kaiser
  • United States Max "Makzwell" Sparrey
  • United States Dalton "doltn" Ehlers
  • United States Drew "drewtheshrew" Lamb

The new-look Kinship have already seen action in last weekend's Bitmo Bash, where they defeated CLG Red in overtime before falling 2-0 to Third Impact.

Kinship Black fared slightly better in their Advanced campaign, reaching playoffs, where they went 1-2. The team have now started the rebuild process, parting ways with Eric "Ryze" Brown and John "john" Bruyea.

Kinship Black are now:

  • United States Andrew "VulcaN" Dominguez
  • United States Everett "poison" Ivy
  • United States Chris "Slash" Petersen
  • United States "btr" (Manager)

Lux also finished Advanced Season 33 by exitting playoffs with a 1-2 record. They too have embarked upon a rebuild, dispensing with the services of Bradley "mickey" Waddington,  Alexander "knightmare" Sozzi, and "lunar". Thus far, the team have added Spencer "Pugg" Moore and Alvin "Alvin" Bui.

Lux are now:

  • United States "scourge"
  • Canada Antonio "AB" Benzan
  • United States Spencer "Pugg" Moore
  • United States Alvin "Alvin" Bui
