First day of final FLASHPOINT qualifier yields bottom-heavy bracket
The first day of the fourth and final FLASHPOINT qualifier has concluded, seeing eight teams still in contention for the last two spots in the Closed Qualifier.
The first notable matches occurred in the third round, where Game Agents defeated Dignitas fe, Polar Ace South edged out Prospects, ETHEREAL beat SKDC in overtime, and Super Nova stunned MDL side Rap Gang.
The Round of 16 most notably saw Infinity take down a Michael "agM" Abood-less Third Impact, Super Nova's run be ended by Oceanus, Big Frames and new addition Daniel "picky" Milazzo shred Faint, and Divine defeat Thunder Logic.
Finally, after Anthony "gMd" Guimond's internet recovered, ETHEREAL upset LiViD.
