felps close to joining 00 Nation

A report from Dust2 Brasil earlier today indicates that João "felps" Vasconcellos is close to joining the Brazilians of 00 Nation. felps would take the place of Leonardo "n9xtz" Santos, who joined the team from Young Gods after Epitacio "TACO" de Melo left the team due to personal issues.

n9xtz has been part of the roster since February and has helped the team the team in various events like the BLAST.tv Paris Major Americas RMR, Brazy Party, and ESL Pro League, where the squad achieved playoffs. This deal will see felps play once again alongside Bruno "latto" Rebelatto and Eduardo "dumau" Wolkmer, who played together on GODSENT in 2021 and 2022.

An interesting part of this deal is that in coincides with another move: 00 Nation spinning off their Brazilian team. So, while felps will join the squad, he will never actually wear the 00 Nation jersey. The Brazilians are in talks to retain some coaching staff and management personnel, as well as sponsors, as a new company which has yet to be named.

felps departing Fluxo leaves the team with two holes to patch, since Allan "history" Lawrenz is also set to depart the team. Earlier, it was reported that MIBR was in talks with Lucaozy, however, the player has been convinced to stay a part of the lineup.
