SK run over Misfits; to EPL grand final with FaZe
Misfits began their pick of Cobblestone in promising fashion, picking up the pistol and the following two rounds. However from there on out it was the SK show, led by the unlikely figure of Epitacio "TACO" de Melo the Brazilians busted off six rounds in a row with no answer from Misfits. The American-French team were able to get two isolated rounds to bring their total up to five, but the half would end 10-5 in SK's favor.
Misfits would win their CT-side pistol as well, but SK would swiftly crush their hopes and dreams, taking the first map in 16-6 fashion.
Overpass, a map which Misfits had favored over the course of the event, was to be their burial ground. Ricardo "boltz" Prass and Marcelo "coldzera" David spearheaded the Brazilian attack, which Misfits were only able to repel once on their defense. Misfits demise was quick, as SK took the map 16-1, as well as the series.

In the other semifinal, FaZe triumphed over Fnatic in what was a slightly closer series, though the end result was another quick 2-0. Now the stage is set for a best-of-five showdown between the number one and number two teams in the world tomorrow at 10 AM EST. The last time the two giants played a LAN series against each other was at EPICENTER, where the Brazilians came out on top 2-1.
