The Australian's journey ends

Former Complexity and Renegades player retires

After several years at the top, it is time to step down.

In a Twitlonger posted on Friday, Ricardo "Rickeh" Mulholland announced that he will retire from professional Counter-Strike.

The quasi-AWPer and Rifler played for a number of North American rosters from 2017 through 2019, which include CLG, Rogue, and Complexity. Highlights from his time in North America included placing second at DreamHack Open Austin 2018 as well as qualifying for three consecutive Majors, beginning with the FACEIT London Major 2018 and ending with the StarLadder Berlin Major 2019.

The Australian got his international career off to a hot start in 2015 alongside Yaman "yam" Ergenekon as part of Immunity and would later join Renegades in the United States in 2016 to play with Justin "jks" Savage and Aaron "AZR" Ward.

Most recently, Rickeh spent his time in Australia playing for ORDER and Aftershock, the latter of which he was informed he would be removed shortly after quitting his full-time job. Rickeh had started his search for a new team after the benching, but has announced his full retirement just a months since then.
