heX find the droid they’re looking for

Hopefully their Jedi mind tricks work here.

Damian "droid" Boulware has left Imperial and joined heX, the player has confirmed to Dust2.us. When asked for the reason for the move, droid told us that he "didn't feel like we were improving at all for a while now, and [I felt] our practice was inefficient."

The change comes on the heels of a heartbreaking loss for the team in last weekend's ESEA Proving Grounds qualifier, where they fell 19-15 in overtime to Stay Frosty  on Overpass.

Imperial, formerly known as Lowkey, achieved a 10-6 record in Season 31 of Advanced, and they were eliminated in the first round of playoffs by droid's new team, heX.

heX found themselves looking for a fifth following the departure of Brady "thief" Dever after a semi-final exit in the ESEA Advanced Season 31 playoffs.

heX's line-up is now:

  • United States Addison "zecK" Gorzeck
  • Canada Sterling "sterling" Allard
  • United States Matthew "nero" Seymour
  • United States Nolan "bite" Hunstad
  • United States Damian "droid" Boulware
  • United States Josh "jkar" Cardia (Backup)

droid's debut with heX will be tomorrow during Mythic Cup 4 against The Quest. They will also be participating in ESEA Advanced Season 32 when it kicks off this fall.
